Matt is an entrepreneur, life coach, husband, and father of six.  Combining 25 years of coaching high school and college basketball with over 25 years in the business world, Matt shares life and leadership insights that impact every client and audience he speaks to.  Passionate about the success of others, Matt desires to influence those he leads to live a legacy-focused life.

Matt’s a dual-degree holder, a business degree from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and a pastoral degree from RHEMA Bible College. Residing in northern IN, he shares his life with his beautiful wife, Megan, and their six phenomenal children. For Matt, it’s not just about success; it’s about forging lasting legacies through faith, accountability, and an undying determination to push boundaries.
